A zesty bacon and tomato dish. We start with sautéing bacon, onions, and garlic,
then add some dried chili peppers and diced tomatoes. Served over fresh

Sautéed chicken with a sauce of lemon, white wine, butter, and artichokes over fresh linguine. 15

Grilled Salmon
A fillet of wild North Atlantic salmon grilled and finished with your choice of lemon-dill

Pan Seared Tilapia
A boneless fillet of Tilapia, pan seared and finished with a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce.

Lake Erie Walleye
Lake Erie Walleye topped with a homemade crust of breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and
